We’ve all probably heard of thesomewhat questionable 10,000 hour rule of practice.
This is observably untrue, but practice does have its merits.
If you do it right, of course.
Just what do you for that time, though?
Pick a specific task and train yourself to do it instinctively.
If it takes longer than that, then you are working on something that is too complex.
Repeat this process for 10,000 hours.
That is deliberate practice.
