Use a Plastic Knife to Cut Brownies Cleanly

Even if you just tear into freshly baked brownies with your fingers, theyre going to be delicious.

But sometimes, it’s crucial that you cut them cleanly without tearing them up.

Enter the plastic knife.

Plastic knives are naturally non-stick and wont tear your brownies up as you make your slices.

After you make each slice, just wipe the blade off and dive back in.

It doesnt work quite as well as plastic, but it will help.
