Many of the things we think we’re doing correctly are actually not the best ways to do them.

Let’s take a look.

Breathing

Unless you’re dead, you’re breathing and that’s all there is to it, right?

But if babies can do it, so can we!

Peeing in a Urinal

Pee should not haphazardly splash back on to the floor or yourself.

Brushing and Flossing Your Teeth

Morning and night, you’re supposed to brush your teeth.

If youbrush your teeth after breakfastorrinse with water after brushing, you’re not helping your teeth.

Maybe everyone’smispronouncing your nametoo.

(Wouldn’t life be so much easier if language was simpler?)

Standing and Sitting

Like breathing, your posture might also be straying from what’s best for you.

Whatever you do, justdon’t sit around all day.

Are you wasting time and money withanti-bacterial soap, waiting for hot water, or an inefficienttowel-drying method?

Handling a Knife

No, not inself-defenseor for street wars, but for cooking.

Using Your Keyboard’s Feet

You know those little feet that extend out the back of your desktop keyboard?

Yeah, we’re all probably doing everything wrong, because, well, nobody’s perfect.
