We all have flaws, but you needn’t dwell on them.

Being flawed in one aspect of your life simply means that you’re strong in another.

But what I’ve found is that my tendency to worry is directly tied to my ability to plan.

As a friend recently pointed out, I’m great with logistics.

I know exactly what is needed to turn an idea into action.

The flip-side of that, however, is a strength.

I always venture to give my best work, no matter what.

So ask yourself what your flaws are and identify the flip-sides of each one.
