In fact, its the best one yet.

In our tests, the mouse worked seamlessly using both methods.

Best of all, this feature works with Bluetooth or a Unifying Receiver.

That thumbwheel is back in the MX Master, just smaller and easier to use.

You cansee all its actions here, andbest of allprogram your own.

It may look strange to the eye, but under your hand it feels much more natural.

That same angular styling comes to the thumb button and thumb-rest, where the texture is more than welcome.

Its a huge improvement over the Performance MXs rubber sides.

That matte black-on-bronze color scheme looks pretty sharp, too.

Where It Excels

The MX Master really dials it in when youre getting work done.

The ability to have your mouse connected to multiple devices is also really useful.

Finally, battery life on the MX Master is impressive.

Ive been using mine for months, and Ive only had to recharge it two or three times.

Plus, it recharges surprisingly quickly.

I can get a whole days charge off of just a few minutes connected via USB.

I dont think theres quick charging at play here, but its nice regardless.

First, its expensive, coming in at$100 at Amazon.

Still, the battery is rated to last years, so thats the good news.

(You know, provided you havent found a new mouse by then.)

The thumb scrollwheel works natively in office applications and web browsers.

Its not perfect, but the MX Master is an evolutionary improvement, which is exactly what we needed.
