The key to Starting Over is to take everything out of the designated section.

If its a drawer, turn it upside down and dump out its contents.

If its a closet, strip it down to bare hooks, rods, and shelving.

If its a box of hobby materials, spill them all out.

If I were just moving in, would I bother to bring this?

It will take some work, but slowly and steadily youll reduce your clutter by a substantial amount.

Decluttering an entire home is a daunting task and Jay realizes that.

Personally, I didnt think Id have as much fun reading it as I did.
