What are 3 things I can appreciate about myself?
By doing so for just a little while day after day your perspective on yourself will start to change.
We’ve talked aboutfocusing on gratitude before, but that’s gratitude for what you have.
This is gratitude for your accomplishments.
While you hear everything you did wrong, it’s nice to hear what you did right.
You canwrite down your accomplishments if you wish, but I’m afraid someone might see the journal.
I like this tip because the break is short and focused.
If I have solid self-esteem, I’m less likely to focus on negative feedback.
