Self-esteem and self-confidence seem like pretty much the same thing, but theyre not.
Rather than facing up to their imperfections and failures, they hide them behind their certificates and prizes.
But…a long list of abilities and achievements is neither sufficient nor necessary for healthy self-esteem.
Thats heavy stuff, but its true.
Its about how you value yourself, after all.
A lot of times, we dont go after opportunities because we think were not good enough for them.
All it takes islearning to hone your self-confidence.
For example, lets say youre a designer and you think youre terrible at what you do.
You dont necessarily have to think youre the greatest designer in the world to apply for that job.
