Did you do the habit every day?

What got in the way?

Now you have data you might use to fix what needs fixing.

Stop wondering what the best way to go about it is andlearnwhat it is.

If your workout was too hard, tone it down a little.

If you cant remember to save some money on your own, automate it.

Its better to learn what needs fixing than to not know anything at all.

Ship out your product, find out whats wrong, and patch it.

Eventually those habits will be bulletproof.
