Laszlo suggests writing down those answers to retain them better.

And beyond that, he says you should be prepared with three different answers:

Why three?

You want the next interviewer to hear a different story.

That way they can become your advocate.

Obviously, you want to ensure your answers are truthful and don’t contradict each other.
