Costco’s auto and home insurance are provided by Ameriprise, which offers Costco members-only discounts.
So it looks like you could’t get additional discounts on top of the Costco one.

Still, this is what I found about Costco’s personal health insurance options.
Costco price:$190.16/month at Humana.
eHealthcare Lowest price:$211.28/month with Meritus.
High deductible ($5,000) but no copays for office visits ($500 copay for hospital).
(Costco covers those 2015 plans as well, but prices aren’t revealed until November 15th.)
Costco price:$9.99/month for Executive members or $13.49/month for Gold Star or Business members.
Costco is still the better deal, though.

Comparable Disney prices:Dolphin or Swan $4,328.90 (not including taxes and fees).

The only problem is you’re limited to the packages available.
As for car rentals, you’ll find savings for Alamo, Avis, Budget, Enterprise.
For example, Kayak showed a compact car with Discovery Contact for $118.
The way it works is Costco has pre-negotiated (“no haggle”) rates with select dealers.
You fill out a form for the car you’re interested in and then go to the dealer.
However, for the very best price, research and negotiation are still your best bet.
