You are also required to generate a long passphrase, which is an uncommon butmore secure methodthan a password.

Files are then uploaded one at a time and can be shared with other Minilock IDs.

This system essentially turns your Minilock ID into your public key and your passphrase into your private key.

The app is easy enough to use that even a layman can use it.

The only thing you need from the other party to share the files with them is their Minilock ID.
