Once upon a time, we tried to avoid featuring tricks that were specific to one gender.

However, that introduced a new problem: we now have too much male-centric stuff on Lifehacker.

So: what can we do to fix this?

But there’s more to it than that.

I think we need to:

double-check we aren’t just reading manblogs.

I’m curious to hear what you all think, staff and reader alike.

I know this is kind of a tough (and somewhat sensitive?)

topic, but I think it’s silly to ignore gender-specific tips just because they’re gender-specific.
