I work in a one-bedroom apartment across the street from where we live, in Manhattan.
It’s important to have a place to go every day.
I really like walking in the city also.

I delegate everything possible.
(I have a full-time assistant, which went from being a luxury to a necessity.)

I don’t think there’sanythingI do better than everyone.
Organize my day ahead of time.
Show up on time for everything (I’d rather be 30 minutes early than 3 minutes late).
What do you listen to while you work?
I usually listen to nothing.
I love listening to good radio (WNYC, e.g.)
or podcasts while driving, running, etc.

I am usually in the middle of many books at once.
