I am an introvert that has learned to be more outgoing.
How do you recharge?
I play for about half an hour each night before I go to bed.
It clears my mind.
If I don’t play I’ll usually end up dreaming about work.
What’s your sleep routine like?
I am an early-riser.
I haven’t used an alarm clock in years.
I only use one to wake up if I have to get up at like, 3am.
