This easy method gives new meaning to “a twist of lime.”
All you need is a paring knife, a bowl, and a lime.
The cut should be made just to the right side of the stem.
Now lay the lime on its rind with the juicy insides facing up, stem still facing away.
Make the same cut, just to the right of the stem again.
Make the last cut so you have a lime corelike an apple coreand four oval-ish lime pieces.
