To their credit,the airline does want to do a better job of explaining its fees.

After all, this is the airline thattried to capitalize on the celebrity nude leak to promote discount airfare.

Frontier Airlines

Frontier Airlines was once a great example of how great a low-cost carrier could be.

Fliers considered it friendly, comfortable, reasonably priced, and efficient.

Frontier’s fees are so confusing that they may be different based onwhich site you book your tickets through.

That’s a pilot who cares about his passengers.

Those of you who nominated Frontier did so for a number of reasons.

Worst of all, most of you didn’thateFrontier, you were mostly just disappointed in it.

Oh Ryanair.

But hey, the tickets are cheap and the flights are short, right?

A few of you saw Ryanair’s nomination and called them the winner, hands down.

Trouble is that hinges on the company being transparent about its fees.

JD Powerwas a bit less kind.

Probably not, especially when you’re not the lucky one their team goes above and beyond for.

It’s not that United doesn’t have its own share of problems, either.
