File a Complaint with the FCC to Potentially Lower Your Internet Bill

Weve said it time and again, you could oftenlower your bills just by asking.

As Ars Technica points out, several internet customers have filed complaints with the FCC over unfair billing practices.

While you could do this before, thenew Title II rules the FCC recently passedgive those complaints some teeth.

And Internet providers have more reason to take the complaints seriously… Of course, this is no guarantee.

However, it does highlight a significant change in how you could handle complaints about your ISP.
