There’s no way around it.
Some of us though would rather fill our plates with meat and bread.
If you discover a “gateway vegetable” you’ll start eating them more often.
Instead I tried a few and just assumed they were all bad.
So, for starters: stop saying you hate all vegetables.
Instead: you simply haven’t found a vegetable that you LIKE yet.
I started trying teeny tiny bits of vegetables.
Once you find that one vegetable you like, you’re able to branch out from there.
Preparation matters too:try grillingthem instead of boiling or steaming.
