Regular feedback is important because it can clue us in to stuff we might otherwise not notice.
Both provide directions about where you want to go.
The GPS also uses four satellites to determine that location.
Likewise, feedback should come from multiple sources to be accurate.
Be confident, and continually ask your boss, your peers, and others around you for feedback.
You might not agree with everyone’s feedback, and it might not always be accurate.
But by asking, you’ll have a wealth of knowledge to work with and consider.
